Fraser Tech Reserve Grey – 5 v 1 – Suburbs Junior Development Women
The Women’s Grey team did not ‘slip up’ this week and secured the Round 2 trophy with a convincing 5-1 win! The girls dominated the play for all four quarters, keeping their cool under the pressure. The defence were strong today, with Renee making some vital saves. We started strong with a PC goal from Hannah in the opening minute, followed up with a beautiful Tomahawk from Charlie. The next goals all came from PCs: Andrea at a left layoff, Tegan a straight shot and lastly Eva put away a second-effort shot. The trophy is a great show of all the effort put in by the team this season! A special thank you to our superhero off-field team and supporters. Thanks Keith and Pam! Well done girls!
